aneemo is an award winning online training platform delivering trauma-informed and psychologically informed learning for professionals working with people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use, and involvement in the criminal justice system. We combine expert knowledge (over 20 years' experience) creative design, and cutting-edge technology to build impactful and inclusive learning experiences.
aneemo’s training is used by frontline professionals working on the ground supporting individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage. We encourage and provide training for frontline roles, team managers, and leadership teams across NHS Trusts, local authorities, housing associations, homelessness charities, and voluntary sector organisations. Over 800 organisations across 39 countries use the platform - including 160+ local authorities, 50+ NHS Trusts, and 600+ charities.
All aneemo’s training content is designed, developed and delivered by leading clinical experts and lived experience leads, meaning our training reflects decades of experience and relevance giving learners confidence in the knowledge they can trust.
All content production is overseen by our founder and CEO, Dr Emma Williamson, who is a recognised leader in the sector with over 20 years as a Clinical Psychologist and former NHS practitioner for South London and Maudsley NHS foundation trust.
Yes. All aneemo courses provide independent CPD accreditation, meaning our courses add real value and counts toward your professional development requirements of staff across health, social care, and the voluntary sector.
No - aneemo offers a range of training methods including digital and blended live in person or online training delivered by leading national / international experts including experts by experience. All training is CPD accredited and bespoke content can be tailored to meet your needs.
We have a wide selection of CPD accredited courses which include: those covering overarching frame works (incl. Psychologically Informed Environments, Trauma Informed Approaches, Strengths-Based Approaches); Specific client group needs (incl. working with Women with Complex Needs, Offenders, Substance Use, Brain Injury); Risk and Safety courses; and tools and therapeutic approaches . Most organisations buy bundles of several courses for their staff made up of framework, client group need and a therapeutic approach.
aneemo works primarily with the health and social care sector including NHS Trusts, local authorities, housing associations, homelessness charities, voluntary sector organisations and criminal justice services. However, our courses are relevant wherever frontline professionals interact with people facing multiple disadvantage and/or complex needs - aneemo's training will develop their understanding of those needs and enable them to feel confident in delivering better outcomes.
Yes. aneemo offers bespoke course development for organisations that need training tailored to their specific context, service model, or branding. Live training and blended learning options are also available alongside the online platform. We have a dedicated account manager and expert clinical support who can work with customers requiring input or recommendations on the design and roll-out of workforce development programmes to ensure all the essential and best practice training is covered.
